​Rates and compensation
My rate is € 80 per hour. The intake consultation takes one and a half to two hours and costs € 150.
As a naturopathic therapist I am registered with the professional association VBAG (Vereniging ter Bevordering van Alternatieve Geneeswijzen = Association for the promotion of alternative medicine). I am also a member of the organization of therapists in complementary care, the RBCZ (Register Beroepsbeoefenaren Complementaire Zorg = Register of professionals in complementary care).
Thanks to this professional recognition, most health insurers reimburse all or part of my consultations as 'alternatieve geneeswijzen' or 'complementaire zorg'. These reimbursements depend on your specific health insurance. Up-to-date information about reimbursements can be found on health insurers' website and in their policy as well as here: Zorgwijzer.

Complaints procedure

Do you have a complaint about a treatment? Please discuss it with me first.
You can also engage an independent complaints officer. This officer can assist you in formulating your complaint or in addressing any dissatisfaction, and can help you find solutions. As a therapist, I have the right to be informed of this. My practice is affiliated with Quasir for this purpose. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you can contact Quasir's independent complaints officer by email (bemiddeling@quasir.nl) for the attention of the Complaints Mediation Coordinator.
